The Matt Schatza Trio is a musical powerhouse that guides you through a far reaching tour of musical landscapes with every performance. The signature sound of this dynamic three-piece can be envisioned as a scalding crucible, frothing with elements of Blues, Funk, Hip Hop, Reggae, Rock, Folk, Country, and Jazz, all of which make themselves known throughout their performance of original material, as well as their innovative take on popular renditions. Each of the three members of this all-star cast are heavily rooted in the Minneapolis music scene and have performed throughout the midwest states, bringing their act to venues, breweries, bars, festivals, corporate events and have recently landed a spot as the house band for the QCTV show, "An Evening with Jimmy Good."
